Alongside Nido Studio, I embarked on an exciting journey with Riva Ceramica, a luxury tile company hailing from Brighton, Victoria. Guided by the allure of European design and the historical charm of the building site, the concept began to take shape. Our vision was clear: to create a space that seamlessly marries Riva Ceramica's exquisite tiles, porcelain panels, and architectural surfaces with the distinctive character of the location. Our challenge lay in curating an environment that transcended the ordinary showroom experience, offering an innovative fusion of meeting spaces, galleries, a café, and functional zones that redefined the possibilities of their products.

DEVELOPED DESIGN
Drawing inspiration from European aesthetics, every element was meticulously selected to complement the historical backdrop. The intricate task lay in crafting a space that showcased the company's luxurious offerings without adhering to conventional showroom norms. By strategically incorporating Riva Ceramica's products, we curated a unique narrative where the tiles, panels, and surfaces became integral parts of functional areas like a dynamic meeting room, an inviting café, a captivating gallery, and a streamlined office space.

FINAL DESIGN
The collaborative effort resulted in a design achievement that transformed Riva Ceramica's Brighton location into a captivating space. Merging European design with historical charm, the areas like the meeting room, gallery, showroom, and office seamlessly integrated tiles, panels, and surfaces. Notably, the design evolved during the pricing stage to cater to the client's need for extra space to display finishes. This adaptation involved removing the café to create room for the expanded product showcase, while maintaining the design's harmony. This shift showcased our commitment to meeting the client's vision and redefined the luxury tile presentation, achieving a harmonious blend of design and functionality.
